30 Days of Hetalia Axis Powers - Day 5

Character you'd like as your child
Hmm... I had to stop and think about that one for a bit. Once again, the extremeness of their personalities makes choosing rather difficult. I guess it depends on how much I want to put the house in danger or how much energy I actually have lol...

I'm going with Austria. He is well-mannered and quiet and he would take piano lessons as a very young child who turns out to be a prodigy. His beautiful piano playing would fill the whole house. Plus young Austria is adorable!

So is young England with his fluffy bunny - SO CUTE. He would be my second child for sure. We would have tea time :)

And both of them will still be awesome as they get older!

Sorry it took too long to get back to you. Things have been crazy.

Congratulations! Sorry I wasn't around for it, and that it took too long to get back to you. Things have been crazy. I know what you mean about college being busy and going by fast. It was the same for me. Our graduation ceremonies were outdoors, and we had to split into 4 ceremonies because there were too many people. You and your family look nice.

At least you know what you want. I didn't know what I wanted to do after I graduated from college, so I tried to get a job, but my parents disproved and pressured me to get into grad school even though I made it clear that you need to know what you want to do before you can go to grad school. I later found that it was part of their scheme to keep me under their control.

I've watched some episodes of Hetalia, but I just can't seem to get into it. Maybe it's because I'm not a history person.

That really was a long list of movies. I guess that's why I hardly ever go back to the entry.

I agree that teachers should listen to their students and quit going off on tangents as well. After putting up with many rude, arrogant, and picky professors in college, I don't have good impressions on professors. Some even insulted students.

I didn't like Professor Snape at first, and now I still don't know if I like him or not. He was good, but his attitude was wrong. He also intimidates me. I haven't seen Despicable Me yet. I'm so out-of-touch with theaters. They could have modeled that woman after Umbridge.

And I took about as long to get back to you. My apologies.

Thank you for the congratulations! It still doesn't feel like I graduated lol. Partly because I'm finishing up my intern teaching... well, that finished yesterday. So maybe it will sink in now? I just hate this limbo of trying to land my first job as a band director Also, thank you for liking the graduation pictures.

I'm sorry to hear that your parents forced you to do something you really didn't want to :/ I send warm wishes your way.

I'm not a history buff or anything, but I enjoy clever, playful prodding of people and their personalities. And with each episode being 5 minutes long, I could squeeze it into my crazy busy schedule while school was going on.

Hmm.. I wonder if I ever did do that list of movies? Probably not - it was ridiculously long.

I like complex characters - I like trying to figure out why people do what they do. And I'm very drawn to talent and I knew right away he was a gifted individual. I feel like they kind of made his reason for everything that had transpired kind of lame in the end... I feel like it could have been worded better or shown how he has grown as an individual. Ah well...

I just rented Despicable Me so that my brother could see it. That woman is definitely Umbridge haha.
